How do I schedule a tour?
Tours are available by appointment Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Schedule online or call (833) 402-0441 for assistance. Chalk Gardens does not have an on-site leasing office.
Is Chalk Gardens pet-friendly?
Yes. Chalk Gardens welcomes up to two pets per apartment. A $250 nonrefundable fee and $25 monthly pet rent apply per pet. PetScreening must be completed after applying.
What amenities are available?
Apartment features include renovated interiors, vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, kitchen backsplashes, fireplaces, ceiling fans, dishwashers, and washer and dryer connections. Community amenities include a gated courtyard, controlled access, and online payment options.
How do I apply?
Select “Apply” on the Chalk Gardens website and create an account. Call the leasing team before applying if you have questions about availability, qualifications, fees, deposits, or required documents.
What is the maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy for the three-bedroom floor plan is seven people.
